No. The videos are generated with AI from your photos. They are not filmed footage and not walkthroughs of the property.

We need 2 photos per video, as original files of at least 1920 × 1080 pixels.

A video is about 7 seconds long.

A Full HD video costs €29, a 4K video €44. No VAT is charged under Section 19 UStG (small business exemption).

Yes. The 5-video pack saves 10% and the 10-video pack saves 15%. You choose the pack directly in the order form.

We combine your videos into one film with music, your logo, title cards and your own text. It is included in the 5-video and 10-video packs. For fewer than 5 videos you can add it for €25, in Full HD and 4K. You upload your logo and describe your wishes after ordering.

24 to 48 hours after payment and receipt of suitable photos.

Yes. One revision is included in the price.

Yes, vertical 9:16 videos are possible.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. It can end early once the videos have been fully delivered, if you expressly asked us to start production before the period ends. Details are in our Terms and Withdrawal Policy (in German).
